Do you find it really annoying when you re on the plane and:

1. The plane landed- taxied- and everyone in the rows ahead are already gone- but the people who sit in front of you take FOREVER (like 45 seconds) to get their bags out of the overhead bins- and take their sweet ass time to strut out the plane. (I ve learned to sit as front as possible to avoid this)

Once- I just said excuse me and squeezed around them to get off the plane. I mean- why do people hold up like ninety people behind them- when they had all the time in the world beforehand to get their stuff.

2. Some guy decides there was no room in the overhead compartment for his 5 billion large suitcases (check them in for Christ s sake). So he rearranges everybody else s- and pushes people s bags around. I was getting pretty annoyed after he did it for about 5 minutes- and after we landed- my bag ended up 3 aisles behind my seat.

Any similar bad experiences? Or I m unreasonably and easily ticked off.

i just threw in new springs + struts on my 97 contour. i reused the mount and cleaned + repacked the bearings. before decompressing the spring- the bearings spun smoothly between the mount and the spring seat. once decompressed and with the mount nut tightened to spec (40 ft lbs)- the mount is pretty hard to turn. i can turn it by hand- but not easily. i threw it in just to see how it d do and it rotates- but i also notice that the top rubber cushion on the strut tower (the one that seats the top retainer nut) hops a little at times. the car IS still on stands at this point- so i m wondering if this is all normal and will be better with the car down and the weight against the mount. ideas?
shocks and strings are definitely the right ones for this car; trw springs and monroe struts.

I bought a used 2002 car with 85-500 miles on it about 60 days ago for 3-800. My mechanic said I need a rear tire bearing and should have the dealer fix it for no charge because after only 1-200 miles of driving it was probably like that when I bought it.

My question is...are dealers typically responsible (by law) for fixing things like wheel bearings BEFORE selling a car to someone? Or is the purchaser responsible for it since it s a used vehicle?

Reminder what MVC is:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Model-view-controller

I m unfamiliar with MVC- (also Hibernate and Struts 2.0)- but i need to implement the pattern MVC in 12h for my school work (some client shop thing y)(also need to use Java server and oracle or postgres database)(oracle is out- because i do not have an account). (Starting from scratch after this post ...)

I can make schema- database- database entries- connection- Java buisness logics- Jsp page that produce jSon objects- jsp grid pages that post queries- and read the jSon objects.

What i can not do- is to read- how to use the new technology (as i do not have the time). I need someone to validate- if i have everything for that pattern- and maybe give an overview what MVC is (based on parts i choose to use).
I actually meant i don t want to see any recommendations to use hibernate or struts- as i limited experience with them.

At more or less i have Jsp/extjs web interface as a VIEW that uses Ajax calls to the Jsp pages as MODEL?- that will commute jSon as thy connect to Static POJO classes - this is the Controller(i guess).

At moment i have Controller classes containing methods- that use JspWriter- HttpServletResponse and HttpServletRequest as arguments. So methods read and write directly from/to database and arguments.

I use the JspWriter to write to write response to MODEL jsp page- that the VIEW jsp page is reading witha Ajax call. Also i use HttpServletResponse and HttpServletRequest to read / write parameters and cookies.

It already works on test data... :D Now i am pretty sure- that i have VIEW and CONTROLLER right. And part that i call model works also. I guess this problem is solved- ty ^_^
BEA WebLogic Server® 10.3 intro looks promising (guess- learning how to use that will take bit more then 1 day- so i will take a closer look at it- but ...later).

There are Chinese nationals everywhere.I think it s ridiculous. They are taking up our space and it s another one of the government s plan to increase the population of chinese in Singapore. You don t see many Malay Malaysians granted PR as easily as the uneducated and illiterate chinese nationals.
Most of them are not English speakers. They use the territory outside my flat without permission. They use my bamboo poles to hang their clothes. They strut around the school like they own the place and look at malays and Indians as if we re intruding their space.I m not being racist. My best friends are chinese- Yuk Ling-Wen Ling-Yi Peng. Some chinese nationals are really nice like in my school. Most are just arrogant and full of themselves. They do not even like our country. They just using Singapore as a stepping stone. It s silly to let these people in and sponsor them as if it s own citizens aren t capable enuff. But who knows what the government is up to.

the ride has always been rough- and i was wondering if i could possibly change both struts to make it more comfortable. like an SUV. Where would i go about looking to buy and have it done- and what are the good brands for these comfortable struts? If possible- include estimates. Thanks. 4x2 tacoma
