There was an incident in which an air jamaica airplane technically crash landed at an airport somewhere in the caribbean. No one was hurt- but it DID happen.

What happened was that the airplane had a main landing gear failure and a wheel strut (i think it was the left one) folded back up just as the airplane came to a stop on the runway.

Can ANYONE find a factual account of this incident anywhere online?
If its any consolation- the few news reports that picked it up ten years ago swore that the Air Jamaica pilots demonstrated their superior skill. The passengers ALSO attested to the fact that the landing was perfectly executed. Not a novice thing AT ALL.
I have info on airplane crashes going back to 1967. Including all us registered ganja planes that crashed in Jamaica during suspected drug runs. I even have cause of crash info...overloading (lol)- pilot error- etc. for ganja flights.

well- ahem- this is one i heard... this chick (we ll call her amy) went to a big pool party- one where her crush was going to be at! she gets there in her skimpiest bikini- strutting- and munching on all the snacks... 10 min. later- she spots her crush- who smiles and walks over to her... while he is walking over- the pit of her stomach growls in fury!!-oh no! she has to go #3(bad deal w/the peanut butter)... the guy compliments her and asks if she ll go for a swim... nervous- but 2 excited- she tells him yes- figuring she can hold it in for a minute... so they get in the pool- splashing around & what not- having a great time. then- suddenly- the guy goes undrwater... she turns n shock wondering where d he go ?... to her horror- he zooms from underneath her- up out of the water- pushing her up to sit on his shoulders!!! when she came down on him- SPLAT!... all the diahrrea runs right down his back!!! in utter horror- the guy throws her off his back and swims away grossed out! lol
yes- this did really happen- folks.

I have a 2003 Chrysler 300M Special with 77-000 miles. It needs struts- leaks a little coolant- throws belts all the time and dies every so often. I still owe money on this car. Is it worth fixing?

I ve had the car for a little over a year now and the shock absorbers have finally worn out and the ride quality is horrible. I find myself confused though- I need to know if I just need to buy shock absorbers or do I have to replace both shocks and struts? Thanks people.
