I bought a used car through ebay.I trusted on the seller becasue he is 100% positive feedback power seller. I found that the seller is a very small car dealer in the country area (about 1 hour from my house: I live in a city). He is also doing a mechanic in his car gargae.This car was inspected this month. After paying for car and paper work while I drove it to return to home- the check signal was lit. Next day( it is today) morning- I went to a mechanic. A mechanic was shocked at the truth that it is passed in the PA inspection. He said that a dealer intended to cheat on me by resetting the engine and not saying about really bad rear struts condition. Also- I need to fix transmission. He recommended me to return it to a cheating dealer. I tried to contact him several times. He did not answer. What should I do? Can I return and refund my money from hime? Also- where can I report him in order to cancel his license for car inspection? Let me know ASAP.thank you for your help.
Thank you for your answer. Here is my next story. I called him last night. I tried to be nice to him on the phnone. He said that he already talked his mechanic who passed the inspection on my car.(They are doing the business together). He said they don t want to lose their license because of only $2700. They already used my money to buy 8 used cars in the NJ aution yesterday. He gave me two options. First- I can change my car with one of his 21 cars. (of couse- similar value of my car) Second- if I buy the warrant (3month) he will take care of everything(including excahnge of transmission) after 2-3 weeks. To be honest- I can t trust on him any more. I think he intends to cheat on warranty company. Also- how can I trust on his other cars? He is still holding my title(notary: paper stuff). We will meet today or tomorrow. What should I do? Really- I want to refund my money instead of two options. I am not a native speaker. The car is 2002 hyundai accent 108000 miles. Help ASAP
HELP ME ASAP. I went to AAMCO in the morning. They did test drive and scan transmission and gave me an estimate of $2000 to fix only transmission. And I went to a mechanic shop where I went yesterday in my area. He gave me an estimate of fixing rear struts- rack and pinion- and front motor mount- about $900. Even I found my car in the ebay- I bought this car through a dealer- not ebay(it was reserve not met).
I bought this car last Tue. Can I refund it in a law? I heard that within 2 or 3 days I can return it to a dealer. Please let me know. A dealer is still holding my all documets(not sending notary paper to PENNDOT). Please give me a good advice ASAP because I will meet a dealer this afternoon.

Supposably I have that pony strut thing happening when Im modelling. can someone explain to me what it is and how I stop doing becouse I ve been told that its not a good thing.

Waking up- rubbing eyes- wide- set to cry
Groaning out the frustration past- relieved with a sigh
Breaking out- wearing a face causing fright to die
The dogs bark- sets the part- brings back the world of dark

Replaced by an ache- here to stay- the oppressor- tall and hard

You know- im only 15 and I wrote it because I was bored and im tired- so I was not intending it to be a masterpiece.
I got a 1997 VW Jetta GLS. Original ties size was 14. I bought a set of Kumho tires- size 17 215/45 . The front tires are rubbing against the struts. The rears tires rubber is wearing down and i didn t even have t hem on for a week. What kind of modifications can i make to make these tires fit properly....ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED
